1. 5-Minute Callback Promise
We pledge to contact you within 5 minutes of submitting a callback request during active on-call dispatch hours.
- Applicable to valid, complete entries containing accurate contact names and phone numbers.
- Calls are processed in triage order. Requests flagged as "Emergency" receive priority dispatch routing over routine tune-ups or IAQ inquiries.
- While we strive to meet the 5-minute metric 24/7/365, severe local weather events causing volume surges may occasionally extend dispatch response times slightly.
2. Flat-Rate Pricing Policy
Elite Air HVAC charges by the job, not by the hour.
- Our diagnostics service fee is $89. If you approve the repair recommendation, the diagnostic fee is waived entirely.
- A written flat-rate quote will be provided before work begins. We will never start a repair without your written authorization and signature.
- We do not charge emergency premiums or weekend surcharges. The price quoted is the price paid.
3. Workmanship & Parts Warranty
Every job is supervised by a licensed technician and is backed by our comfort guarantee:
- Repairs: Standard repairs carry a 2-year workmanship warranty. If a repair fails during the active cooling or heating season, we will return and fix it for free.
- Replacements: New HVAC installations include a 10-year manufacturer parts warranty and 1-year labor warranty. Financing options are subject to credit approval through our lending partners.
4. Licensing & Regulatory Standards
Elite Air HVAC LLC is fully licensed, bonded, and insured in the state of Texas. We operate under state HVAC Contractor License #TACLB98765E. All technicians hold EPA Section 608 certifications and receive ongoing NATE-certified training.
